Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. GCC and international shipping may be available upon request.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and roasted to order within 1–2 business days of confirmation, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-day delivery: Order cut-off time is 9:00 AM, subject to availability.
  • Next-day delivery: Order cut-off time is 4:00 PM.
  • Sunday: No deliveries are made on Sundays.
  • GCC / International orders: 5–10 business days, upon request.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, customs procedures for international orders, or courier delays.

Shipping Partners

We ship orders through our delivery partners: iFast, Buraq, Postal Plus, and Jeebly.

Shipping Fees

  • Next-day delivery fees range from AED 14 to AED 21.59 per order.
  • Same-day delivery fee is AED 25.20 per order.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above AED 300.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the matter with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fenyal is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional fees.
